Where Have I Been?

In lazy land. That’s where I’ve been. But now I’m in Quarantine land aka. At home which (I hope) you all are!

First of all I want to thank all the medical staff and cleaning staff of every hospital for doing their part during this pandemic. I’m so grateful and humanity thanks you.

Secondly, to the moms out there who are now teachers, chefs, house hold managers, etc, you are hero’s and future generations will thank you as I thank you now.

and to everyone staying at home…Earth thanks you. Because she can breathe again.

I guess I’m gonna start rambling here (because I’ve been paying Squarespace monthly for a year and for what…)

So welcome to Quarantine Cafe 2020…my online journal and recipe book. Hopefully some good will come out of this.
